Building

Sangwin building division undertakes all types of refurbishment and new build work for a wide variety of customers and works as main contractors as well as subcontractors.  It also works closely with the Civil Engineering division of the company.

Kelvin Hall School. Client: Balfour Beatty. The package included enabling works, deep drainage, water attenuation tank, foundations to new school. May 2010-March 2011.

Civil Engineering

The civil engineering division acts as both a main and subcontractor depending upon the size and scope of the project being undertaken. It also works closely with the Buildings division of the company.
